How do I create an account on Urban Service Hub?

To create an account on Urban Service Hub, click on the "Sign Up" button. You will be prompted to choose between registering as a customer, a Pro (Service Provider), or a Vendor. Fill in the required information and activate your account through your email.

Who are the Customer, Provider, and Vendor?

A customer is a client seeking services provided by Urban Service Hub. A provider is a registered skilled professional who provides the requested services to the customer. A vendor is either a skilled or unskilled registered professional who manages providers to deliver services requested by customers.

Is it mandatory to have all documents required on the KYC form before filling out the form?

No, you are only required to submit a legal means of identification under "Company Identification." All other documents can be uploaded later when they are available.

What is a 'special offer' or 'discounted offer'?

Special offers or discounted offers refer to promotions or price reductions provided on certain services for a limited time.

Must I own a business to register?

No, you do not need to own a business to register. As a professional skilled in your field, you are eligible to register.

Can I switch between being a Customer, Pro, and Vendor after creating my account?

No, you can only retain the user type you registered with while signing up. To switch to another user type, you will have to sign up anew with your choice of user type.

Can I request multiple services simultaneously?

Yes, customers can select multiple services under the same service category when posting a service request.

Can I register for multiple services?

Yes, you can. As a Provider or Vendor, you may select multiple services under a specific service category while completing your profile.

What should I do if I encounter technical issues with my account or the platform?

Kindly use the chat feature on the homepage or the message center on the side navigation bar to reach out to us for assistance.

What happens after I post a service request?

It will be approved after verification by the USH Admin within 10min. Please check your email regularly for updates on your service request.

What happens when I encounter issues with a client?

Kindly send an email to USHTeam@urbanservicehub.com detailing the issue.

Can I directly contact a PRO outside of the USH platform?

For your safety and to ensure your task is 100% complete, use only the in-app chat to communicate with the provider or vendor. USH will not be held responsible for any transaction done outside the platform.

How can I fund my wallet?

Wallets can be funded through bank transfers or via Paystack.

How do I subscribe on the platform as a Provider/Vendor?

After funding your wallet, select the subscription plan that best suits your needs.

When do I get paid as a Provider/ Vendor?

Payments are processed 7 days after the customer confirms the completion of the service.

Can I withdraw funds from my USH wallet at any time?

Yes, but withdrawals are only available to Providers/ Vendors.
