To create an account on Urban Service Hub, click on the "Sign Up" button. You will be prompted to choose between registering as a customer, a Pro (Service Provider), or a Vendor. Fill in the required information and activate your account through your email.
A customer is a client seeking services provided by Urban Service Hub. A provider is a registered skilled professional who provides the requested services to the customer. A vendor is either a skilled or unskilled registered professional who manages providers to deliver services requested by customers.
No, you are only required to submit a legal means of identification under "Company Identification." All other documents can be uploaded later when they are available.
Special offers or discounted offers refer to promotions or price reductions provided on certain services for a limited time.
No, you do not need to own a business to register. As a professional skilled in your field, you are eligible to register.
No, you can only retain the user type you registered with while signing up. To switch to another user type, you will have to sign up anew with your choice of user type.
Yes, customers can select multiple services under the same service category when posting a service request.
Yes, you can. As a Provider or Vendor, you may select multiple services under a specific service category while completing your profile.

It will be approved after verification by the USH Admin within 10min. Please check your email regularly for updates on your service request.

For your safety and to ensure your task is 100% complete, use only the in-app chat to communicate with the provider or vendor. USH will not be held responsible for any transaction done outside the platform.
Wallets can be funded through bank transfers or via Paystack.
After funding your wallet, select the subscription plan that best suits your needs.
Payments are processed 7 days after the customer confirms the completion of the service.
Yes, but withdrawals are only available to Providers/ Vendors.
